Our use of analytics
What we do
We use privacy-first analytics to understand how our website performs and to improve the user experience. Our analytics collect only anonymous, aggregated data.
What we collect
- Pages visited and visit duration
- Referral source (how you arrived at our site)
- Device type and browser
- Country-level geographic location (city-level maximum)
- Page load time and performance metrics
- Bounce rate, scroll depth, and click statistics
What we do NOT collect
- Personal identifiers (name, email, IP address retained beyond geolocation)
- Cross-site browsing history
- User profiles or behavioral fingerprints
Technical safeguards
- Cookie lifetime: Maximum 13 months (non-rolling)
- Data retention: Maximum 25 months
- IP anonymization: IP address anonymized immediately after city-level geolocation
- Cross-site tracking: Disabled — no tracking across other websites or applications
- Third-party data sharing: None — analytics data is never shared with third parties
- Data cross-referencing: Analytics data is not combined with any other data sources
Opt-out
Although consent is not required, you can opt out of analytics at any time. Use the opt-out mechanism available on our website. Once you opt out, no analytics data will be collected from your visits.
Our use of A/B testing
What we do
We use privacy-first A/B testing to optimize our website content and design. A/B testing measures the relative performance of different versions of a page to help us improve the experience for all visitors.
What we collect
- Which variation of a page you were shown
- Aggregated interaction metrics (clicks, conversions) at the cohort level
What we do NOT collect
- Personal identifiers
- Individual-level behavioral profiles
- Data that enables targeting of unique users
Technical safeguards
- Cohort-level only: No individual targeting; every analysis is performed at variant × cohort level
- K-anonymity threshold: Results are computed and retained only once the cohort for a given variant reaches k ≥ 5 distinct visitors. Below that threshold, no segment-level data is produced.
- No re-identification: A/B cohort assignment is not cross-referenced with any other data source
- Cookie lifetime: Maximum 13 months (non-rolling)
- Data retention: Raw cookie-level assignment data is held only for the duration of the test; only aggregate k-anonymised results are retained (maximum 25 months)
- Third parties: No sharing outside our analytics processor (Piwik PRO), which is bound by a written data processing agreement
